Terms of payment
- 30% from rental price serves as term reservation
- the rest of whole rental amount the day you borrow car at the latest
- while handover campervan, returnable advance deposit 25.000 Czech crowns for possible damages that are not covered in wrecking insurance or for excessive pollution of car
Cancellation fee
- 60 days before lending term 20% from the deposit
- 30 days before lending term 50% from the deposit
- 14 days before lending term 80% from the deposit
- in day of rental beginning 100% from the deposit
- rent is not returned at early finished hire
- Wrecking insurance of the car includes 10% participation of the customer
- Rental includes 2 full 10kg PB bottles, chemicals for WC. Customer does not refill the contents at the end of rental.
- Any adaptations to our campervans are forbidden (pasting, screwing, drilling, manipulating with counter of kilometers etc.
- Charge for return of unclean campervan is 1.000 Czech crowns, at heavy pollution (oil, mud, sand, glue, colors etc.) up to 5.000 Czech crowns.
- In case the damage or pollution of campervan parts are impossible to remove, damage compensation is in full amount of the damaged part.
Campervan handover and return
- Campervans are delivered first day of loan from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and returned last day of loan from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., according to customer.
- Campervans are delivered and returned tankful.
